Description

The AESA Academy for Women Leaders brings together accomplished women from across the ESA community who are ready to strengthen their leadership voice, expand their influence, and lead with greater confidence and purpose.

This immersive leadership experience creates space to step away from the demands of the day-to-day, reflect on how you lead, learn alongside women navigating similar opportunities and challenges, and build relationships with peers from across the country.

Pricing

Membership fee of $2,175 includes:

  • 2 In-Person Gatherings (travel, hotel expenses not included)
  • 3 90-minute Virtual Meetings
  • Meet-up Meal at Annual Conference
  • Executive Coaching/Thought Partnership – Up to 5 hours
