Community Health Magazine is the nation’s pre-eminent publisher of customized health and wellness magazines. Founded in 2006, and based in Chicago It’s core service is a quarterly 32- to 48-page customized magazine, Community Health Magazine. The goal of each magazine is to boost employee engagement and thus help the ESC or health plan bring rising health care costs under control. The magazines can also be private labeled for each ESC or health plan and are published digitally and in print. In addition to customized magazines, Community Magazine Group also offers a wide suite of customized digital health solutions to support creating a culture of health and wellness in the workplace.
