Description
This AESA Global Educators Field Study program blends professional learning with cultural immersion. Travel is by private coach between cities, and accommodations are in centrally located 3–4 star hotels. The program includes meals, transportation, guided tours, and immersive cultural experiences. AESA Global also provides online preparatory sessions to ensure participants are ready for the journey.

Program Cost & Payment Policy
- Total Program Cost: USD $5,200 per participant ($6,000 after March 1)
- Deposit: USD $1,200 per participant (non-refundable) due before December 1, 2025 ($2,200 due upon registration for registrations received after March 1).
- Remaining Balance: USD $4,000 per participant ($3,800 per participant after March 1) due before April 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy (excluding the non-refundable deposit):
- On or before May 14, 2026 (31+ days before departure): 30% penalty, 70% refund.
- Between May 15–30, 2026 (15–30 days before departure): 50% penalty, 50% refund.
- Between May 31–June 7, 2026 (7–14 days before departure): 70% penalty, 30% refund.
- On or after June 8, 2026 (within 7 days of departure): No refund.
Price Includes: Round-trip airfare, hotel (double/triple occupancy with breakfast), ground transport, guides, entrance fees, specified meals, workshops, and AESA Global support. Not Included: Personal expenses, optional programs, domestic airport transfers, and travel insurance.
