This four-part virtual learning experience is designed specifically for operational leaders who are ready to build high-performing teams, streamline processes, and lead with intention. Each session builds on the last, equipping participants with the tools, habits, and systems needed to lead operations with clarity, consistency, and control.

Along with an in-person meeting during the 2026 Summer Leadership Conference (July 14-16, 2026) virtual meetings will be held at 2 pm Eastern (1 pm Central; 12 noon Mountain; 11 am Pacific; 10 am Alaska) for 90 minutes on the following dates:
