Description

The ESA Women in Leadership Network is a forum for ESA women leaders to strengthen their leadership by networking with other women in ESA leadership. This year, ESA Women in Leadership will focus on Leadership Success, Leadership Growth through negotiations and Authentic Leadership for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. The open-guided discussions will include pre-reading of a book to center the discussion. Each cohort will meet virtually for six 90-minute sessions. In addition, AESA will be hosting an in-person two-day ESA Women in Leadership gathering in April 2024 (dates and location TBD) specially designed for participants in the virtual network. This gathering will have a separate registration and fee. Registrations are limited to 25 participants per cohort.

Cohort II will meet virtually from 12:00 noon to 1:30 PM Eastern (11 am Central; 10 am Mountain; 9 am Pacific; 8 am Alaska) for six 90-minute sessions: September 12, 2023; November 14, 2023; January 16, 2024; March 19, 2024; May 7, 2024; and June 13, 2024 for an end of year celebration for Cohorts I, II, & III.

In addition, AESA will be hosting an in-person two-day ESA Women in Leadership gathering in April 2024 (dates and location TBD) specially designed for participants in the virtual network.  This gathering will have a separate registration and fee.
