Dr. Christy Hilton is the Director of Administrative Supports for Central Indiana Educational Service Center (CIESC). She has served in public school education for over 25 years with 14 years as a district administrator and two tenures with the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) supporting science and STEM education. Christy holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification as well as a Ph.D. in School Leadership. Her primary responsibilities for CIESC include program administration for Executive Coaching/Mentoring, School Climate Audits, Non-certified Staff Training, Competitive Grants Support, Strategic Planning, and I-STEM project with the focus of adding STEM licensure for 1,000 Indiana educators. Christy completed the AESE Executives in Residence program as a part of the 2022-23 cohort.
