Montana Professional Learning Collaborative (MTPLC) is a nonprofit Education Service Agency (ESA) and 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to strengthening educator capacity and improving student outcomes through high-quality, practical professional learning and direct school support. MTPLC serves educators in every county across Montana—including rural, frontier, and tribal communities—and increasingly partners with educators and organizations throughout the United States through virtual workshops, self-paced online courses, consultation, and customized professional learning. MTPLC offers evidence-based professional development in areas including literacy, instructional practices, behavior and mental health, MTSS, PBIS, special education, school safety, artificial intelligence, educational leadership, federal programs, and educator wellness. In addition to statewide conferences and workshops, MTPLC provides online continuing education courses, implementation coaching, special education and federal program consulting, behavior and school safety services, and strategic partnerships that help schools build sustainable systems of support. MTPLC's flexible delivery model—including in-person, virtual, hybrid, and asynchronous learning—allows educators both within and beyond Montana to access affordable, high-quality professional learning tailored to their local needs.
