Description

In today’s educational landscape, ESAs are under increasing pressure to do more with less, while still delivering high-quality services to member districts. Yet two of the most powerful tools for sustainable growth, pricing and experimentation, remain among the most underused. Many ESAs are leaving revenue on the table, making pricing decisions based on instinct, and missing opportunities to test what truly works before committing resources. Strategic Pricing and Experimentation in Action is a focused one-day workshop that changes that. ESA teams leave with practical, actionable skills in both disciplines, building stronger strategies for smarter pricing and more meaningful experiments.

Time

The workshop will be held prior to the 2026 AESA Summer Leadershipl Conference on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Riverside County Office of Education Conference Center, 4280 Brockton Avenue, Riverside, CA. The workshop will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with lunch provided.  

Pricing

$800/person or $650 each for teams of 3 or more (50% of the BSF 1.0 Workshop price!).  Lunch is included in the registration fee.
