Choose What’s Next

Professional learning doesn’t have to look just one way.

Find your people. Grow as a leader. Build your expertise. Strengthen your voice. Expand your perspective.

Whatever’s next for you, AESA has an
opportunity to help you get there!

Find Your People: There’s Still Time to Join an AESA Network

AESA Networks connect you with colleagues from educational service agencies across the country who understand your role, your challenges, and the opportunities in front of you.

Some networks have already kicked off, but it’s not too late to join:

  • Communications & Marketing
  • Technology Leaders
  • Business Officials & Human Resources

And several more are starting soon:

  • Professional Learning Directors | Sept. 17
  • Special Education Leadership | Sept. 22
  • Behavioral Health | Sept. 23
  • Executive Assistant to the CEO | October 7

Jump in now and make these connections part of your year.

Grow as a Leader

The Academy for Women Leaders brings women together for a year of learning, reflection, coaching, and connection. The expanded Academy welcomes Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, department and division leaders, and women leading key functions, initiatives, or one-person departments.

The kickoff is October 5-7 in Louisville, KY.

Connect It All

December 2-4 | Orlando, Florida

The AESA Annual Conference & Expo brings together ESA professionals from across the country to share what they’re trying, what they’re learning, and what’s working. It’s a chance to step outside your day-to-day responsibilities and see how other agencies are tackling many of the same challenges your team is facing.

With 130+ breakout sessions across six strands, you can dig into the issues most relevant to your role, discover programs and practices you can adapt back home, and connect directly with the people doing the work. Three keynotes, the Expo Hall, and opportunities to interact with AESA Global partners and education leaders from around the world bring even more ideas, perspectives, resources, and connections to the experience.

And some of the best learning happens between sessions. The relationships you build in Orlando give you a network of ESA colleagues you can call on long after the conference ends.

Early-bird pricing ends September 30.

Maybe your next step is finding colleagues who understand your role. Maybe it’s building a new skill, growing as a leader, strengthening your voice, or seeing education from an entirely new perspective.

Whatever you choose, you don’t have to do it alone. AESA is a community of people who understand the unique work you do and are ready to learn, share, and grow alongside you.

You belong in the network, in the conversation, in the room...

You Belong Here.
