The AESA Leadership Academy Has Been Reimagined

Today's ESA leaders face unprecedented complexity, and the Leadership Academy has been redesigned to meet the moment.

This yearlong experience for ESA CEOs and cabinet-level leaders focuses on the real challenges of leadership today, including strategic foresight, organizational health, AI, political acumen, entrepreneurial sustainability, and succession planning.

Participants will join a highly selective national cohort, engage in blended learning experiences, and take part in the Global Systems Lab in Vienna and Budapest, an immersive international experience designed to expand perspective and leadership capacity.

The Journey Begins at SLC

The 2026-27 cohort launches July 13–14 in Riverside, California, immediately before the 2026 AESA Summer Leadership Conference.

Learn more by reviewing the Participant Overview for key dates and program details, and the Board & Executive Guide for information on the Academy's value, leadership impact, and return on investment.
