ESA-centric Business Strategy Framework presented by AESA business experts. AESA offers the same basic workshop as Dr. Simester’s Premiere Workshop (see details below), with the primary difference being this workshop features former ESA leaders, trained by Dr. Simester. In this format, the presenters rely on several real-life ESA examples to illustrate concepts rather than utilizing the business case approach, just like in the Premiere Workshop. This workshop also incorporates hands-on work with real-team projects to enhance the learning experience.
Time
The workshop will be held on Monday and Tuesday, July 17th & 18th at Hamilton County ESC prior to the 2023 Summer Leadership Conference. The workshop will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on July 17th and 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on July 18th.
