2026 Business Strategy Framework Workshop 1.0 (TX)

Description

ESA-centric Business Strategy Framework presented by AESA business experts. AESA offers the same basic workshop as Dr. Simester’s Premiere Workshop (see details below), with the primary difference being this workshop features former ESA leaders, trained by Dr. Simester. In this format, the presenters rely on several real-life ESA examples to illustrate concepts rather than utilizing the business case approach, just like in the Premiere Workshop. This workshop also incorporates hands-on work with real-team projects to enhance the learning experience. 

Time

General Schedule:

Day 1: 9 am - 4 pm

Day 2: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Pricing

Individuals: $1,500; Team of 3 or more: $1,000 per person. (In order to receive the team discount, at least 3 people must be registered at a time.  Contact Ann Fiene if you've already registered your team and would like to add more team members.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations made in writing before April 18, 2026, will be refunded in full, less a $50 per person processing fee. Cancellations received on or after April 18, 2026, through May 4, 2026, will be refunded at 50%. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER MAY 4, 2026. Cancellations must be emailed to afiene@aesa.us.
