A Partnership that Pays: Providing Your School Districts Medical Plans That Are Different by Design

 

In 2019, Universal Benefits Consortium started at the request of ESC Region 12 in Waco, Texas. The goal was to create medical plans that gave service centers and school districts choice and competitive advantage while lowering premiums and overall medical costs for employees. This framework has been replicated across the state, thus giving service centers additional revenue while saving their member districts money. UBC provides turn-key comprehensive medical plans as well as solutions that can be embedded in your current offering.  Learn how you can take advantage of a revenue generating opportunity for your Service Agency, coupled with cost savings created by being a part of UBC’s consortium approach.
