Pricing

  • AESA Members:  $890 (includes $100 early bird discount through 10/20/23)
  • AESA Alumni:  $623 (includes $100 early bird discount through 10/20/23)
  • Non-Members: $1,220 (includes $100 early bird discount through 10/20/23)
  • AESA Business Partners receive 5 complimentary conference registrations.
  • Exhibitors receive 2 complimentary conference registrations with the purchase of an exhibit hall booth.
  • Sponsorships of $5,000 or more receive a 10 x 10 exhibit booth and 2 complimentary registrations.

Spouses/Guests: Spouses and/or guests may attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Thursday evening reception free of charge. Please note: Spouses and/or guests must pay the full registration fee to obtain a name badge which allows access to the full conference (sessions and exhibit hall).

Hotel: The hotel for the 2023 Annual Conference, the Anaheim Marriott, will have a discounted room rate of $239 per night (taxes and fees not included) until November 6, 2023.  Your registration confirmation email will include a direct link to make your hotel reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing before November 1 will be refunded in full, less a $100 per person processing fee. Cancellations received on or after November 1 through November 15 will be refunded at 50%. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER November 15. Cancellations may be emailed to jbass@aesa.us.
