Description

The AESA Academy for Women Leaders Spring 2026 Retreat, “Speak with Power,” will be facilitated by the AESA team and will feature a special virtual session with national speaker Kim Meninger, who will share her insights on leading with confidence, clarity, and authenticity as women in leadership. Together, we will focus on strengthening our communication presence and our ability to lead others with purpose and influence.

Pennywell St. Louis Hotel|Hilton Arch St. Louis

Housed in a former late 19th-century bank, this historic downtown hotel is an 8-minute walk from Edward Jones Dome, home of the St. Louis Rams, and a 9-minute walk from Busch Stadium ballpark. All rooms offer chic decor and custom-designed beds, plus minifridges, flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi.
