The AESA Business Strategy Framework is a powerful tool to help your leadership team assess new opportunities and evaluate existing services. The framework provides a consistent approach to strategic marketing or understanding what services your organization develops and why. The framework sets your team on the right path to discovering game-changing insights about the services they offer by focusing on three specific areas: how to create value, how to capture value, and how to deliver value. Questions are designed to encourage deeper thinking that will uncover previously unrecognized keys to success.

Time

The workshop will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, February 21 and 22, 2024 at Westmoreland IU 7, 102 Equity Drive, Greensburg, PA. The workshop will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on February 21 and 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on February 22.

Pricing

Individuals: $1,500; Team of 3 or more: $1,000 per person.
