This pre-Summer Leadership Conference Business Strategy Framework Workshop, "Managing Strategic Resources," features Dr. Duncan Simester and AESA Business Consultants Andy Pechacek and Doreen Marvin sharing information about:

  • Organizing for Strategy

PRE-REQUISITE:  Participants are required to have attended a previous Business Strategy Framework Workshop prior to this event.

There's still time to fulfill your pre-requisite.  A business strategy workshop will be held at Central Massachusetts Collaborative on June 25-26.  For more information and to register, visit the AESA Business Strategy & Development webpage.

Time

The workshop will be held on Monday and Tuesday, July 15 & 16, 2024 at the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale prior to the 2024 Summer Leadership Conference. The workshop will run from 9 am to 4:00 pm each day.
