AESA Global is thrilled to announce two immersive Educator Field Studies happening this summer! These all-inclusive experiences are designed to inspire, connect, and expand your global perspective on education. Each trip includes airfare, hotel stays, meals (one on your own per country), and attraction admission fees, while providing exclusive opportunities to learn about the educational organizations and systems of each country you visit.

Austria–Hungary Field Study: Vienna & Budapest
Dates: June 15–23, 2026
This journey blends historical culture with professional learning. Participants will explore Vienna’s educational heritage and Budapest’s dynamic innovation landscape, engaging in school visits, policy discussions, and cultural immersion.

Vietnam–Japan Field Study: Hanoi, Kyoto & Osaka Dates: June 15–23, 2026
This program begins in Hanoi and transitions to Kyoto and Osaka. Educators will experience cross-cultural collaboration, observe classrooms, and participate in leadership dialogues focused on global education.

Trip Investment: $5,200 per member (includes airfare, hotel stays, most meals, and admission fees)
Registration Deadline: November 5, 2025
We know this is a quick turnaround, but we want to give members as much planning time as possible. We are currently recruiting AESA members for these trips, and if space allows, guests aged 18 and older may also be considered. ESAs wishing to reserve seats for staff members can take advantage of team packages of 3 participants for $15,600 total. Not sure of participant names yet? No problem!
