BSF 1.0 & EPIC—Customizable for Your ESA (and yes, we can come to you!)
|
AESA’s Business Strategy Framework 1.0 (BSF 1.0) and EPIC—Experiment, Price & Innovate with Confidence are available as fully customized workshops. We tailor the agenda, examples, and application activities to your team’s real work, and we can come directly to you!
Flexible Options and Ongoing Support
Beyond the workshops, AESA provides custom implementation support along with coaching and consultation in business development, project support, and pricing strategy. These services help your team deepen learning and maintain momentum.
BSF On the Road!
CESA 2 in Wisconsin requested a split BSF 1.0 workshop, with sessions held on two separate days. This format gave their team time to apply the tools, reflect, and align priorities between sessions.
Coming soon: ESDs across Washington will come together in January 2026 for a joint BSF 1.0 workshop making it easier for multiple agencies to access the training close to home while learning from each other’s experiences.

Having a mix of participants from different roles makes the experience even richer. Everyone brings their own perspective, sparking meaningful conversation and reflection that can lead to stronger follow-through and impact back home.
When traveling together, participants can compare observations, think aloud, and return with a more aligned understanding — all while learning from international educators and seeing innovative practices firsthand.

ESAs are already signing up for the 2026 ESA Innovators’ Circle! Designed specifically for ESAs, this subscription-based program helps teams strengthen strategy, explore innovative models, and collaborate with peers nationwide.
Led by AESA consultants Andy Pechacek and Doreen Marvin, members receive expert guidance, podcast-style interviews with national thought leaders, curated resources, virtual networking sessions, customized consulting, access to a virtual community, and a 10% discount on additional services.
Participation is limited to 12 ESAs for a personalized experience. Membership is by organization, not by individual, so please have one person register on behalf of your ESA.
