Strengthen Career & Technical Education

Attendees at the 2026 Summer Leadership Conference got an early look at the new AESA Career & Technical Education (CTE) Online Learning Lab during an optional launch session led by facilitator, Kristy Volesky.

The CTE Online Learning Lab is designed for ESA leaders and staff who support, coordinate, or influence Career & Technical Education. Whether you're expanding career pathways, building employer partnerships, strengthening workforce development, or helping districts align programs with regional needs, this Learning Lab offers practical strategies and a nationwide network of peers tackling the same opportunities and challenges.

Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, learn from experienced practitioners, share successful approaches, and leave each session with ideas they can put into action. You'll gain new perspectives, build lasting professional connections, and become part of a community focused on advancing high-quality CTE across the country.

If you're ready to strengthen your regional impact and learn alongside colleagues who are passionate about CTE, now is the perfect time to join.

Support Stronger ESA Operations

This week, conference attendees got an early look at the AESA Operations Online Learning Lab during an optional launch session led by facilitator Anders Lindgren.

Designed for the people who keep ESAs running, the Operations Online Learning Lab brings together those working in finance, human resources, communications, information technology, facilities, purchasing, project management, events, and other operational roles to learn from one another and tackle real-world challenges.

Participants will share ideas, explore practical strategies, and build connections with peers from across the country. If you're looking for fresh ideas and solutions you can bring back to your agency, the Operations Online Learning Lab is for you.
