Leadership Academy Expands—and Goes Global

Interest in the expanded AESA Leadership Academy continues to grow.
Now expanded beyond ESA CEOs to include cabinet-level ESA leaders, the Academy supports senior leaders in strengthening strategy and impact. Participants will also have the opportunity for international learning, with a global experience in Hungary planned for 2027.

The Building Capacity workshops were originally designed for district leadership teams to engage in hands-on planning using the Gen AI Maturity Tool. However, AESA is seeing strong interest from ESA teams as well. ESA staff who are exploring AI service models, regional supports, or system-level strategy are encouraged to participate.
