Dr. John Kurelja, executive director, Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, was one of our travelers for the recent Leadership Academy i nternational learning experience to South Korea and Singapore. His takeaway? It’s time to move beyond the “ big fish in a little pond” mindset and embrace global collaboration.
The Leadership Academy is a year-long experience for current ESA CEOs, combining in-person and virtual sessions focused on strategic leadership. The program culminates with an international study trip to Spain and Portugal in Spring 2026. Applications due Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
