Using Voluntary Ancillary Benefits for Employee Retention and Recruitment

In today’s competitive talent market, organizations need more than base salaries and traditional benefits to attract and retain top talent. Voluntary ancillary benefits such as dental, vision, life, disability, critical illness/accident coverage, telemedicine, and employee assistance programs give employees flexibility and personalized value, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.

Integrating these benefits into your overall employee value proposition helps build a motivated, resilient team and keeps your organization competitive in a rapidly evolving workplace.

Make Math Matter with the P2C Impact Study

The P2C Impact Study gives ESAs a chance to lead innovation by connecting math instruction to students’ future careers. Participating schools gain tools, resources, and professional learning designed to boost engagement, achievement, and readiness.

Too many students struggle to see the relevance of what they’re learning. Backed by the AESA and P2C Foundations, this study explores how career-connected learning can transform math outcomes and postsecondary readiness.

Why it matters:

  • Students who fail Algebra I are 4.5× more likely to drop out.

  • Over 60% of college entrants need remedial math.

  • By 2030, 70% of jobs will require education beyond high school.

Relevance isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. To learn more visit, Pathway2Careers at https://p2c.org/impact-study/ or contact Dr. Joseph Goins, CEO & Founder, Pathway2Careers.
