Executive Assistants to the CEO Community of Practice Announces Next Topic
The next meeting of the Executive Assistant to the CEO Community of Practice is scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 12 noon Eastern (11 am Central; 10 am Mountain; 9 am Pacific; 8 am Alaska) Time.
Aaron Malczewski, CESA 7 Executive Director of Operations and 5 Voices of Leadership Certified Trainer, has graciously agreed to join us to share information about leadership in the role of the executive assistant.
Title: The 5 Voices
Description: What is it like to be on the other side of you? Are you a Pioneer, a Connector, a Guardian, a Creative, or a Nurturer? Everyone has a leadership voice, and we all have the ability to lead others. The problem is most people don’t know their leadership voice or how to use it. Welcome to the 5 Voices. The 5 Voices is designed to help every individual discover their leadership voice and be empowered to use it effectively. We believe teams and whole organizations can be transformed when everyone operates securely in their own voice and learns to value the voices of others.
If you are an executive assistant to the CEO of your organization and aren’t a member of this group but would like to be, contact AESA Chief of Staff Ann Fiene.
Reading Leaders Book Club
As lifelong readers and leaders, we all know the importance of reading and literacy, well beyond the pre-k12 classroom where it is often assigned. Reading Leaders AESA Executive Director Dr. Joan Wade and Janelle Bailey invite you to join the AESA Reading Leaders Book Club. The club meets every third Thursday of the month to discuss the latest book.
Contact Ann Fiene to join.
